THD Resumes Health Services In Collinsville

TULSA, OK – [May 30, 2023] – The Tulsa Health Department is resuming clinical services at its Collinsville Health Center, 1201 W. Center after a temporary modification of services due to the COVID-19 response.

“We are pleased to resume clinical services at a convenient location for residents of Collinsville and neighboring communities like Owasso and Skiatook,” said Associate Director of Preventive Health Priscilla Haynes. “Our team of experienced public health professionals at the Tulsa Health Department Collinsville Health Center are committed to providing quality care to improve the health and well-being of the community.”

The clinic offers a variety of public health services, including:

Immunizations for children and adults
Family planning services 
Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment
Women, Infant and Children (WIC) nutrition education and supplemental food program 

Appointments are required for services. Appointments for WIC, family planning services, and STD testing can be made by calling (918) 582-9355. A Nurse Practitioner is available for more comprehensive family planning services on the first Friday of every month.  Routine immunization appointments can be made online.
